Within the United States, Real Time Pain Relief will deliver all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Retail Return Policy

Real Time Pain Relief offers a Risk-Free 30-Day Return Policy for our retail customers. If you don’t love your Real Time Pain Relief product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To return an item, please  Contact Us to request a Return Authorization number and return shipping address. To help expedite the process, please follow all instructions provided by your customer service representative.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned product and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to fully process.

Additional Terms

Real Time Pain Relief will send occasional emails to notify you of special offers! We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. Additional Program terms apply to Wholesale customers found in their Control Panel.
